Title: Riers of Life Marktet Flood Relief Event
Location: Miracle Centre – Tivoli Drive-In 50 Coal Road, Chuwar
Description: The first Rivers of Life Market Bazaar on Saturday 5th February 2011 from
7am – 1pm will be dedicated to the victims and volunteers of the Flood Disaster
in the Ipswich, Lockyer Valley and surrounding areas.
The day will be jammed packed with fun and entertainment. Angie Whiteley
will dazzle us with her acoustic, folk rock and pop tunes. Pineapple Productions
presents King of the Kids, Tim Jackman, the larrikin pied piper, who brings music
and joy to the heads, shoulders, knees and toes of little and big kids alike.
There will be a colouring-in competition, free giveaways, a free sausage sizzle,
markets stalls selling new and pre-loved treasures plus much more. Thanks
to our good friends at Life Be in it – Funworks for providing free activities from
9am – 12pm to help raise the spirits of those affected by the recent flood disaster.
A gold coin donation will be requested upon entry and all money raised will
go towards the flood victims in the Ipswich and Locker Valley region.
